Playful Tables To Brighten Up Any Room

Sara Reichardt has no children, but her home is filled with thousands of Legos. Why? The Austin interior designer has created a line of seven tables made entirely from the popular children’s toy. But these are no kiddie tables. Reichardt hand assembles each piece consisting of hundreds of Legos (1,400 for the smallest table and 2,800 for the largest one) and fuses the Lego pieces together with acrylic cement.

Austin interior designer Sara Reichardt just launched her new line of modern furniture, which features side tables and stools, in eighteen colors, all completely made out of LEGO bricks. The striking custom pieces take eight to ten weeks to make. “My goal for the furniture pieces is to brighten customers’ homes as well as their lives.
