ORDERS
Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are between 5-12 weeks. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete.
SARA REICHARDT design reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms and conditions or as otherwise determined by SARA REICHARDT design. Please note that once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order
SHIPPING
All orders ship via FedEx with signature required. We are unable to ship to a PO Box. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. SARA REICHARDT design is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves SARA REICHARDT design.

We only accept repairs for items purchased on SARAREICHARDTdesign.com. Repairs for items purchased at any retailer must be returned through the original point of purchase.

However, viewing images online has its disadvantages as the size and color of the images may vary across digital screens and mobile devices.
